Women Know IT is a podcast about all things IT. You name it, we explore IT. 

In the spring of 2019, we formed a Women in IT group to discuss the things we felt no one was discussing - how does project management fit into IT? What about change management? What is it like to work in a field that’s still dominated by men? Why aren’t IT communications valued more? Why aren’t there more women in IT management? How does IT insect with the other things we care about?

At one of the meetings, we realized that there were so many other people that could benefit from our conversations. Not ones to sit on a good idea, we jumped into action and Women Know IT was born. 

Our pod aims to make sure all women in IT feel heard, appreciated, and supported. 

Women in IT was founded and is produced by friends and former colleagues Kelly Weiss, Lorena Mora, Margaret Hahn and Yentl Love.
